Surfin’ Through the Scriptures- Vacation Bible School at PBC

Yea… School’s Out for the Summer! This means it is a wonderful time for activities for children and youth. The most immediate children’s activity will be a summer long Vacation Bible School. Bible school will be held every Wednesday beginning June 4th from 7-8 pm. All children ages 3 (as of June 1)through those who’ve completed 5th grade are welcome. The curriculum is a beach theme entitled “Surfing Through the Scriptures.” Please let me know if you desire nursery during this time. The major components of the program will be Bible/Story time, crafts, recreation and missions. On June 4th we will kick off the summer with a beach party which will include, among other things, the making of theme T-shirts that the children can wear each week. Parents are encouraged to attend the kick-off party. Even if your child is unable to attend every week the experience of individual weeks will still be meaningful.
